We are pleased to announce that the Northern Ireland Housing Executive have issued a flyer on our service which went out to 23,000 of their tenants with their May 2010 statement. This had an impact on our call volumes straight away.  Plans are to offer our service out to all of their tenants which would be to over 90,000 homes.  We look forward to continuing our work with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the future.
